Fair Use and Media Policy

Doortrail enforces plan-based media access and usage controls as part of its service terms. Newbie supports photos and short audio only, Hustler keeps video off by default, Merchant allows limited video, and Logistics uses contract-defined allowances for heavier traffic and API-driven usage.

Plan Enforcement

These allowances are enforced through Doortrail's billing and entitlement controls. We may restrict unsupported media uploads, API access, or high-volume usage when an account exceeds the allowances of its current plan or contract.

Service Availability

We strive to ensure our services are available 24/7. However, Doortrail does not guarantee uninterrupted access and occasional downtime may occur.
